“At age 15, I started struggling to help my widowed mother” – Omotola opens up on Beginnings
Veteran Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade-Ekeinde has opened up on her beginnings in an affecting Instagram post, in celebration of the International Day of the Girl Child.
Omotola wrote about losing her father at age 12, trying to support her mother, being burdened with rumours and fears of slander and a lack of freedom her male counterparts did not have.
